What a great store! They are extremely helpful and Nice as can be. Their prices are reasonable. They came out to measure and install exactly when they said they would be there. Quick and efficient!

The customer service is beyond excellent . Ruth made this experience so easy .i wanted to install shutters in my home for 3 years and kept dragging it and finally I decided to go ahead and do it . I wanted a good quality shutters and Ruth gave me just that . The installers were very nice and polite . Every time I text Ruth to ask about something she would text me back within few minutes . I ran into few things ( nothing major) and she will take care of it and assure me that she will let the installer know about it . She delivered everything she promised . I already referred 2 of my friends to this place . Thank you Ruth so much for everything

I had a pleasant experience with YNBAS. Ruth came to my home. Took notes of my vision and our color scheme. She made great suggestions and it all turned perfect. As soon as my shades were ready, Angel (installer) came by and did an excellent job. We love our shades!

I waited to write this review until after our blinds were installed. Things did not start off well with a missed appt by our saleswoman, Ruth, however, there was some apparent miscommunication in the office that led to her missing the appt and once she realized it she did apologize and gave us free installation to compensate.The installer came out to our house twice, once to take measurements, and once to install. Unfortunately I do not remember his name, but he was really good at what he does. He was very quick and everything was installed perfectly.Except for the price, (although I don't feel that we paid more here than we would have anywhere else, I just think the markup on these things is insane for what they are), I'm very pleased with the look and functionality of our new blinds.
