I would give 0 stars if I could!! I tried to set up a appointment with David due to him being close with the IRS and having problems with getting our tax returns last year. David was booked so we set up an appointment with someone else. We needed more time and found out the deadline for taxes got extended. They told us due to that David’s schedule had opened up so we made an appointment with him. My husband didn’t end up getting his W-2 form until the day after but we were told if he knew the income that wouldn’t be an issue however David said that is not acceptable and we would need to reschedule so I called the office and asked when his next availability is and made an appointment to find out that he refuses to see us for no reason and made us wait until after the deadline!!!! He cancelled his appointment on us when we had other things to do!!! Very unprofessional and frustrating!! We will definitely be going somewhere else!

I have used Granfield now for 4 years to handle tax issues for my family and extended family. They are easy to work with and communicate at a personal level, making otherwise stressful situations very timely and thoughtfully handled.

Hooray for excellent customer service and high-level competence! Aaron has shown us what a tax service provider is supposed to look like. He has been thorough in his question-asking and has steered us in the right direction with some decision-making concerning our taxes. We appreciate that he shares our values and is helping us to utilize whatever deductions are available to us, so we can make the most of our hard-earned dollars. He has also provided us with access to a like-minded financial planner, so we can fine-tune our retirement strategy. Thank you, Aaron!
