Cannot recommend this company, owner Randy Lambert or Mohawk Flooring.

Bi-City Decor of Opelika, AL, owner Randy Lambert is not a company or an individual I can recommend and would trust to install flooring correctly and provide a quality product, specifically Mohawk engineered non glued flooring. Less than a month after randy installed the product it started separating at the joints all over my house. Over the first year he came out multiple times to file a claim with mohawk flooring after on three occasions sending workers to glue the non-glue joints together. The floor continues to keep separating in other places all throughout the house as time goes on. For two years he told me he was working a claim with Mohawk Flooring. He was always difficult to get in contact with but has now stopped taking my calls and will not call me back. I guess he thinks I will just go away, but not without warning his possible future customers.

Bi City has done many projects for us and we have always been super happy! Randy, the owner, does an excellent job explaining how the project will progress and answering any question I have. He always goes "above and beyond". He offers an incredible warranty! I would highly recommend them for any floor covering project.
