Went there to exchange brake pads while my car was in the shop down the street, and was told they have none of the type I needed. Walked back down to the shop while they arranged to pick up pads from a distributor, and lo and behold they're ordering the same type of pads from this place, just in a more expensive variant. Would have saved me a lot of stress to tell me they had those variants while I was in the shop and not stressed to hell and back.

Love this place AutoZone at 1881 East 4th Street in Ontario I was looking for steering fluid this Clerk Sef ask me if he could help me and I said yes when he did he went out of his way I bought the steering fluid and I asked him I don't know if I have enough fluid and he said how about if I go and check for you and he did and it was raining and I thought how kind is this Clerk Sef date of service 4/5/24 120PM this was a young man and he was as kind and with a smile he helped me never gave me a dirty look or try to hurry up AutoZone keep hiring these amazing kids they're young but they sure have all the 100% customer service that we as customers are looking for I live far from this place but I always come here cuz I know they always help me everyone in there is pretty kind and very helpful thank you again Sef
