Just had the worst interaction with an employee at any Pattons Steel location after coming here for over 10 years. Cody was rude and had a very bad attitude. The customer right after me got the same attitude and left because of it. Not a great way to act in a customer service position. Hopefully this isn't a regular occurrence. I prefer the San Bernardino location they have always had great customer service in all departments.

I have never had bad service here. Today that was not the case. There is one specific employee "Cody" that has a chip on his shoulder. He was rude right off the bat to me, and the next customer to follow me. That customer said forget this and left. Not a good look for you Patton's Ontario. The San Bernardino location has much better service and customer interactions. Everyone has bad days. Hopefully this guy can get it together.

I was just treated horribly and treated with a hostile and threatening attitude by several of the employees at Pattons in Ontario. When asking about my material and why it was taking so long to get cut I watched 4 other customers come after me get their material first

Great place for all your needs. The gentleman Daniel at the sales counter is the definition of customer service!
