GRAND FAILURE !!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!! I wouldn't use them for ANYTHING EVER AGAIN. I hired this company to create a grand ball room in my backyard for my 10th Wedding Anniversary and vow renewal. They RUINED the event! The tent was supposed to be delivered to the event 2 days prior. The owner called me at midnight to come deliver the tent.The next day of delivery ( 1 day prior to the event)a Grand Lie! The owner and 2 men arrived 12 hours before the scheduled event. It took them 14 + hours to erect a 40x40 tent. My family had to put up the tables and chairs (also rented from them). I paid for them to create an elegant ball room with swag and beautiful draping.. What I got looked like a haunted house ON STERIODS! My guest arrived and had to go in my home and stand in front of my home for 2 hours waiting for them to finish the tent. I had to pay my caterer, waitstaff, photographers, photo booth and florist extra money to stay extra hours to support and complete the event. I don't wear shoes in my home and my off white carpet was stained and unsanitary after having 80 people stand around for several hours waiting FOR MY GRAND EVENT.Monday following the event, I contacted both owners to express my extreme level of disappointment and dissatisfaction with the company's service. I was given the run around for more than a week with additional promises to resolve the matter. I wanted a refund. Finally the owners simply stopped returning my calls. I am forced to take them to court to seek reimbursement for my additional expenses. Chris and Marlin run a sub par company and could careless about the quality and punctuality of their work. They do not care about YOU as a customer and are only concerned about making money! If you are planning on doing anything GRAND I would strongly encourage you to find another company. I wouldn't give them any stars! Just a Grand FAIL!!
