Our fiber coming to the house was cut by another utility. Jacob was out first thing the next morning to inspect and possibly fix. They needed a dig permit as the cable was cut on an adjoining property. He and Thomas showed up at 7 a.m. on the day scheduled and had the job completed by 9:30. I could not ask for more. Prompt, professional and focused on fixing the problem at my residence. Thanks to Thomas and Jacob we are back to normal. Thanks Ultimate Fiber for finding great employees.

I dont know if anyone else had this experience but I to express my deepest gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Ultimate Internet Accesss (UIA) technician, Jacob F., this past Friday afternoon. As a homeowner and a practicing psychologist, uninterrupted internet connectivity is crucial, especially during important meetings.
In the midst of a critical virtual session, I encountered a sudden loss of network connectivity a distressing situation, especially when every moment counts. What made this experience incredibly positive was the exceptional support I received from the UIA customer service operator, and subsequently, Jacob F., the onsite technician.
The UIA customer service operator, whose name unfortunately I did not catch, was remarkably supportive and attentive. They patiently walked me through troubleshooting steps and demonstrated a genuine commitment to resolving the issue promptly. Their professionalism and understanding during a moment of stress were truly commendable.
Moreover, I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Jacob F., who promptly arrived at my home to address the connectivity issue. Jacob's expertise and dedication were evident as he efficiently identified and resolved the problem. Not only did he restore the internet services swiftly, but he also took the time to ensure everything was functioning optimally before leaving.
Jacob's professionalism, technical skills, and customer-centric approach made a significant impact on my ability to rejoin the crucial meeting seamlessly. I am deeply grateful for his swift response and the exemplary service he provided.
