I just finished working there this summer and I would have to say that this is an amazing business. While working here I had many opportunities to grow. Everyone that works here is committed to putting their best foot forward and they make sure that everything that is done for any clients is the best work they can do. I joined EAD in June 2021 as a Sr. Project Manager. I have been well supported by my manager and everyone on staff. Anyone I've worked with at EAD thus far has been helpful and responsive. They share their knowledge freely to help me perform my job effectively. I have all the resources I need and have regular check-ins with my manager. I am remote and working as an embedded project manager at a client facility, so the regular check-ins are especially important. I also find that EAD lives the values of spreading HOPE to others, more so than just words on a mission statement. While we focus on doing our work well and serving our clients, we remember that there are many people in need and we have the opportunity to help. Recently when I lost two family members to Covid, I was overwhelmed by the show of love and support from my teammates. I highly recommend EAD both as an employer and as a firm that clients should consider when they need external engineering support and project work.

I joined the EAD team in October of 2011 as an associate-level controls engineer. I was attracted to the teamwork and family feel that the firm was advertising during the interview process. I quickly fell in love with the team, our clients, and the projects that weve had the fortune of taking on.
At EAD, our core values are high character, own the outcome, positive mindset, and empower successful teams. These arent just slogans but are truly values that we hold ourselves to, day in and day out. These values guide our decisions, our interactions both internally and externally, and how we judge others on our team. In addition, these values keep us dedicated to our clients and our teammates daily.
We never accomplish anything alone. Its always a team approach and a teams success at the end of the day. Our team strives to take on complex and difficult projects.
In the ten years since joining the EAD team, Ive had the pleasure of filling multiple roles, including associate controls engineer, controls engineering team lead, controls engineering manager, and most recently promoted to the managing director role for our Omaha office. I have always felt that I was truly part of the team and part of the solution in each of these roles. From the owners to the most recent team member, everyone has always been available to help, supports our success, and are people that I consider great friends.
I highly recommend EAD to support your project needs, and for those who are looking to be part of a great team.
