I've called dozens of times to have the limit on my debit card raised over the past few years. DOZENS. And today I found out why. Lady I was on the phone today after waiting over an hour to talk to told me the last time anyone had actually changed anything was in 2021. So for literally YEARS they've been ignoring me. Words cannot express the amount of annoyance and frustration this has caused. I was told today, even after we discovered this, that my card was finally fixed. Only to find out when I need to put gas in my truck. ITS STILL NOT FIXED. So I had to waste even more of my time getting a friend over there that had some cash. Avoid this branch at all costs if you actually want to use your hard earned money.
