The application process was confusing and the help desk was not helpful trying to guide and help people out. Then I had to wait 2 weeks to get any type of response. The call centers were not helpful and could not guide me through the process. Do not recommend.

Great prices and big apartments. Even though they are a bit older, the updates are perfect and the price makes it sooo worth it. Maria is absolutely SO helpful and is great about explaining every part of the moving/transferring process. the saltwater pools are so nice in the summer/spring and if you have pets, they have a great pet policy. definitely recommend moving here!

People like to complain a lot. These apartments are great. This is the second time I've lived here and I specifically chose them again when I needed a new place. The office staff is responsive, friendly, and helpful. Maintenance is pretty quick and friendly. You get more space than a lot of other places for the price. The only things I don't like is that I wish the valet trash was optional and I didn't have to pay if I'm not using it. They're a third party company and they tried to say my trash was over the weight limit and report me, but it was just wedged in the can. I don't use it anymore and I really dislike the trash can itself. I also wish the entry into the buildings were key fobs instead of keyed entry like the leasing office and gym and pools. I do appreciate that it's keyed entry though. I also enjoy the appearance. So many of those new apartments are so ugly. I like the red brick. I see reviews commenting about cars getting broken into, but use common sense or get a garage. I pay extra for my garage and it's worth it. I could keep going about the good things but I'll leave it at that. I enjoy living here.
