Don Polk at the Oskaloosa Ia office is the most worthless bank officer I ever talk to. Rude and acts like he is a real authority. He knows nothing about people or the farm. I will never do business there again. Disrespectful individual should not work with the public.

Horrible company. You want to change a companys culture, it starts from the top, the Vice President of Reliability and Quality is a complete joke. Making a 16 year old girl cry because you want to act like a jerk is no good for anyone you put him in charge of. He represents your company. Too bad.

Don't let them fool you. This company stands by no morals or respect. Cheryl Frampton is the most disrespectful, rude and worst employee I have communicated with in my lifetime.
