Sometimes you don't realize how good you had it until you move out of state and have to find a new provider's office. I miss this place so much already. They answer the phone quickly, it's easy to make appointments, the nurses promptly return calls or messages, the wait room times are typically 15 mins or less. They are great about billing your insurance for you and have never asked for payment up front (as opposed to making you pay at your first visit for your estimated pregnancy care/delivery fees as seems to be the norm in my new west coast state). Everyone I've interacted with in this office over the last 7 years was friendly.

Went in for symptoms the nurse practitioner sent in Prescription but wasnt called in. ( she told me she would call it in.) ( front desk worker said my last visit was documented.)
Having symptoms again. And they wont call in my medicine.
they want me to come in again. To pay another copay and charge me more money when they didnt send in the meds in the first place. Im very sad they dont take care of there patients.

I like this office but NOT NOW! The new receptionist who answer call is rude. I will move to their dundee office.

Where do I start? Over the past few weeks I had been experiencing what I was told was a miscarriage. I had to struggle to be seen by someone at the office initially. They didnt even let me see my OB.
During my ultrasound, the tech didnt even speak to me. It was one of the scariest moments and there was no one familiar and no one even treating me like I was a human going through something traumatic.
I needed a blood draw. There is a woman who does blood draws there and she should not be trusted to do so. She was not kind and kept telling me I was dehydrated (which she does everytime she draws my blood). She put a needle in me 4 times, caused major bruising, and didnt draw blood.
I never got to see my OB. My symptoms persisted and the receptionist said they would call me back. I never heard from them.
I had to go to the ER at a different hospital to finally receive proper care. By that point my Fallopian tube had ruptured. Wish I could have received actual care from my OB before it escalated to this. Very disappointing and I will NEVER go back.
