Ive eaten Runza many times before but man..! Whoever was cooking today 4/11/24 knows what they are doing and deserves a raise! My double bacon cheeseburger had layers of bacon on each patty and even the fries were perfectly cooked. Im not sure what else they did but somehow the flavor was the best I have ever had from Runza!

I had gotten a Southwest Chicken Salad I order extra chicken. When I got back home I opened the container it had an odd small. I only have a few bites but within a half and hour I was sick...
I call them back the next day and explained all this to them and they did not believe me told I had to go to the doctor and see if I did have food poisoning all I wanted was my money back and they could not do that... I will never go back to Runza again this one was in Millard

I love runza but but they are too much in a hurry. 60% of the time French fries and rings aren't cooked all the way. I have called nicely twice and talked to them...also stop.putting salt on food waaaay to much let the customer do it. But still love Runza.
