I called to ask a simple question. I was asked for my contract number. Ok. I was asked for my date of birth. Ok. I was asked for the last four digits of my ss number. I was asked for my address. I gave up. Security or not, they don't need my whole life history for one simple question. Mothers maiden name. Name of oldest daughter. Date of birth of youngest daughter's current boyfriend's sister

Absolutely worthless dental insurance. Even in a city as big as Houston we could not find one provider who would accept it. Cancellation requires a letter, they will not accept e-mail or verbal cancellations. Total waste of money and time. Rip off.

I see overrated advertisement on Dental plan by physicians mutual on the TV. This is all BS. I have been dealing with this company past 4 months for bridge work authorized by my dentist. First of all their claim dept works like a mule. They have rejected 2 times. Now I received letter they are evaluating it. I am sick and tired of this company boosting too much and not delivering when dentist authorized the work to be done.
