We just closed on out 15th transaction with DRI and will only use them for all of our Nebraska Transactions!

I am urging my realtor and all his colleagues at Nebraska Realty to change escrow companies for a company that actually has a document tracking program that isn't a gigantic, frustrating waste of time and source of frustration.
They sent this program out after 4:00 on a Friday, just enough time to allow you more than half an hour to not be able to set up an account because YOU USE YOUR NAME AS A USER NAME, AND THE PROGRAM KEEPS TELLING YOU YOUR NAME IS NOT A VALID USER NAME!!!
Of course, you call their office for assistance, and get voicemail for the genius running this program, who will, of course, not be able to return your call for three days.
Thank you, DRI, for the frustration and the insult, of sending me a program that lets me know it does not consider my legal, baptized name to be a valid user name!!! Well done!! I sure hope your actual escrow services are less abominable!!!!
