I called Able Appliance Repair last week and left a voice mail regarding my microwave that was no longer heating food. In that message, I also explained what initial troubleshooting I had done. When Paul called me back, he gave me a run down of his service costs but then offered to send me some online videos to watch if I wanted to take another stab at fixing it myself. Later that day, he sent me a link to a parts diagram, as well as 2 videos that after watching I realized I had missed checking one door switch - and that was in fact the one that needed replacing.
This guy even gave me the name, address and phone number of the parts supplier in Omaha that I could pick up my parts, and he had already confirmed that any of the door switch parts I need were in stock.
And he didn't charge me anything for that....unreal! I own a few rental properties in the area and I know who I will be calling for now on with any appliance issues. Thank you Paul!

Paul was wonderful to deal with. He was able to come right over and help us with our refrigerator. He told us the estimate of what it would cost to repair it and suggested we buy a new refrigerator. Very honest and respectful. We will be calling him whenever we need help.
