My stay here was for work purposes. The photos were a bit deceiving. The dining area was beautiful, and the rooms are decent in size. However, the cleanliness was not something I would boast about. Surface level it appears ok, however, when you start to look around the arm chairs in my room had a visible substance crusted to an arm, corners of the room had dust bunnies. For the cost the value wasnt there for me. Again surface level it seemed decent, but once you are in the main hallways on the upper levels and in the rooms the comfort and cleanliness was lacking.
Walkability: Easy walk to all the downtown restaurants and events.

Heating was not working, water pressure was at a trickle out of the shower, light switches are in the most inconvenient places, and housekeeping does not come unless you specifically request it. Requests were made several times to amend some of these issues but they were never fixed. Dan at the desk does not seem to care about guests' concerns. I wouldn't call it a 4-star hotel based on the service and facilities.
