      image Customer service here is crazy I went in for a shoe that they had and a lady went to the back and came right back out said they dont have it in stock bought 3 pairs of shoes everything I asked for they didnt have in stock with this lady then a guy helped me found all the shoes I wanted I asked to speak to a manager and guess what? It was the manager guy was great

      image Better off making this place a self serve shoe store like famous footwear. They just tend to be more comfortable behind the cash wrap talking to one another then helping customers.. 2nd time in a row I walked in and walked around and had absolutely no one greet me or ask if I needed shoes.
