Stayed for only 1 night. Convenient location, close to airport and a few restaurants. The hotel itself needs a face-lift. It looked like it hasn't changed since the 90s. The bathroom looked as if it was meant for a retirement home/facility. Lastly, was charged $10 for parking. As a guest of rhe hotel, I expected parking to be included. Never had I stayed in a hotel that charged a parking fee.

First of all several things in the room were broken the sink wouldnt drain the toilet would run constantly and anything we put in the fridge froze. The staff was nice. It was just a little hard to get our room cleaned. What made our stay wildly uncomfortable is when we woke up at 3 AM to find a mouse in our 4th story room and had to pack up everything and move to another hotel in the middle of the night. Attached is a video of said mouse.

Good, rooms were comfortable but basic. 2 blocks away from a rough part of town but never felt unsafe, only really saw it driving to and from hotel.
Rooms: Comfortable bed and pillows.
Safety: Front doors are locked and need key card to get in.
Walkability: Quick walk to baseball field and lots of restaurants downtown

My wife and I took an overnight trip to Omaha for a Stevie Nicks concert at the CHI center downtown. We had a fantastic and wonderful experience at the hotel. Daniel GM, Anthony Head of Housekeeping, Claudia working the breakfast Every single person on staff were super accommodating, super helpful, and very courteous to my wife and I. I would love to thank Daniel and Staff for the wonderful experience that we shared. If we ever go back to Omaha for anything. We are definitely staying here!!!!
Nearby activities: The Zoo
Safety: Very lit at night, we werent in the least bit worried about anything
Walkability: We walked a few blocks to the Downtown restaurants and we also walked to the CHI center to see Stevie Nicks in concert
Food & drinks: Tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance

Dont believe what you see in the pictures. Pool is not as advertised in photos, so dont book if you have kids and the pool is a selling point. Also arrived only an hour ahead of schedule and couldnt get an early check-in. The front desk lady had not a care in the world to accommodate anything other than to hang out in the lobby. Could have at min offered or checked on the room if it was available, or had gotten it ready as we were here. Parking is not included with your stay either, so plan to pay for your parking IN THEIR PARKING LOT!.. shouldnt be upset, its Nebraska.
