Veronica at this location was an angel. Not only was she super polite and professional but I spilled my coffee at check out and she got me a new one for free. She deserves a raise and if I were her boss I would promote her as well!

We came to this location on Saturday evening around 7:00pm. There was about 5 cars in front of us in the drive-thru. We were there to purchase a gift card and it took 25 minutes waiting in line to get a gift card! Absolutely uncalled for, it should take 5 mins tops at a Starbucks where the business model is fast service. When we got the gift card there was also about 5 people inside working, it's not like there was 1 person by themselves.
