They changed ownership and changed pizza. Very inconsistent, we order every Friday; large pizza and salad. The last 2 times salad was brown. Sometimes olives, sometimes not, sometimes cheese, sometimes not. We order every Friday for a year and they still do not know who we are. Staff is kind but we are trying Westshore Pizza today.

This place is horrible. My wife and I both got sick. Their red sauce is the equivalent to a can of stewed tomatos.

My girlfriend and I have been to Fratelli twice. The first experience while underwhelming was not awful. The chicken parm was good, but the linguini with clam Sauce was very bland. We decided we would give them a second shot.
The second experience was not good at all. Once again the chicken parm was ordered, this time the breadcrumbs were soft and unappetizing. What was worse was the shrimp scampi. The shrimp came out to us soft, mushy and under cooked. We called the waitress over and told her about it, unfortunatly she told us "all the cooks had already left for the day, so she was unable to do anything about it." She took it off the bill, but as she was unable to bring us anything else we decided to just leave and go to the store to make our own food.

Excellent veal saltimbocca and stuffed mushrooms. They stuff them with Italian sausage! The NY pizza is good as well. And yes, they use Grande brand mozzarella.
