I agree with the other reviewers. This Pei Wei is consistently inconsistent. I had to wait 30 minutes for my take out order which I pre-ordered online using my app. The portions today were much smaller than usual. Clearly the kitchen was having problems. I observed the person delivering food to tables send back several plate because the orders were not prepared correctly.

Received a case of food poisoning from their gluten free sweet and sour chicken last night. Their restaurant is also always filthy and looks and feels like it's never cleaned due to sticky floors and wipes that turn black when used on the tables. Thankfully this store is closing at the end of the month. Would definitely recommend avoiding this location!

On hold for 15 of the most horrible minutes of my life it was ringing and then again put on hold and went to the store and nobody was in line and not many people there In Olathe ks

I think the ownership has changed, but this location is consistently inconsistent. I’ve sat on hold for 20min before to place an order to-go. I got to the restaurant before they answered.
Today, when my family and I went in to place an order, they had a white piece of paper taped in the window that had “1 hour wait” written in black sharpie. Classy. There were only two people working.
Also noticed they no longer offer fortune cookies self serve. Guess all that money they’re loosing from frustrated customers is eating into the cookie fund.
Buyer beware, you’re bound to find inexperienced teenagers ready to confusingly help you. I feel bad for them honestly. Where is the manager who is supposed to be training these employees!?
If you don’t opt for different eats. All I can say is good luck!

I used to absolutely love Pei Wei! At one point, I ate here several days a week. Unfortunately, that has changed, as has this Pei Wei location. The food quality has become hit and miss, and service dreadfully slow.
