Great experience. I purchased glasses in early 2023 at another store 300 miles away. Fast forward to now (early 2024) when I left my glasses in the car overnight and somehow frigid temps caused one lens to shatter. I was afraid I was sunk but I searched for sunglass in my email and found that I had my emailed receipt where I had purchased the protection plan. It was a 13-month plan and I was only a few weeks away from the end, but how lucky I was. The store rep checked out the email receipt and also helped me find the pro plan by searching for my phone number in their system. I found a replacement pair and paid significantly less than if I had to buy them at full regular price. And I found the replacement pair also has a manufacturer warranty for a year or two. I'm so happy with my investment a year ago.

The store manager engages in unwarranted behavior, making baseless allegations and subjecting individuals to harassment. I would advise against patronizing this establishment, as the manager has been known to involve law enforcement without just cause, even for individuals merely passing by. In my opinion, this Sunglass Hut branch in Oklahoma falls short of expectations.

Your employee Sky at the Quail Springs mall location is a true asset to your company!!! She's super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional!!!! She deserves a raise!!! And no I do not know her outside of your store. It is a very refreshing feeling shopping in your store with her. She actually treats your customers like she enjoys her job and is proud to represent your company!!! You have a great selection of brands and styles to choose from. Thank you!!
