Terrible service, the package is not delivered and they put it on hold, you are supposed to pay for express service!! When you call to ask about your package, the operators are arrogant and do not give you information, they only say to wait up to two weeks

DHL OKC front desk lady was rude. After I rang the doorbell to get service, the front desk lady came out and gave me a dirty look like I was bothering. I bought the shipping label online that cost $100 and brought it to DHL OKC. I wanted to put the shipping label on the envelope myself because I bought it for $100 and I didn't want it to get lost. She wouldn't let me put the shipping label on my envelope, and she was acting like it was her stuff. I paid for it and it's my stuff. She didn't pay for it. Why would it be a problem for me to put a shipping label on my envelope? The front lady was rude, had an attitude problem, and was acting like she paid for my shipping label. Her customer service was bad. I hope you do something to teach her and train her to give a better customer service.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a shipping company. My package was to be delivered Monday. It is now Friday and I still havent received it. I keep getting the run around by customer service. The last rep is now saying I have to wait until Monday, so this will now be a whole week later. They wont tell me where my package is and why it keeps being delayed. I dont understand how DHL is allowed to get away with this.
