The older looking lady who states shes the manager but cant seem to make anything right cannot communicate in English and instead laughs and she seems off she was constantly on her phone with gloves while bagging sandwiches . She over sauced my sandwich when I told her light twice . I told her I didnt want it that way and if she could remake it . She kept giving these ugly looks and talking info Spanish and probably smack . Very unprofessional. Service .

I placed an order online, I arrived at the store to check my order and my sandwich was completely wrong. I asked for the handler and I told her about my order. I asked her to please make the sandwich again and she refused to make the sandwich and she refused to return me. my money so I decided to leave the sandwich and the money since I wasn't going to eat something I didn't order
