I needed to get a flat tire fixed they did it fast and were super nice and they sold me the socket I've needed for my car but didn't know how to find the right one. 10/10 service from Jason A K will be buying tires here when I need them

All the staff were very professional and kind. They were efficient and don't waste your time. Jacob is the employee that helped me and he was kind while also helping with educating me on tires and that I knew what was happening with my vehicle.

I can't recommend any more, they used do a decent job and be affordable but now, a lot of untrained people working. They put the wrong wipers on my car scratched the glass and messed up on ordering wheels. I've returned twice now and both times the wheels were suppose to be in but both times the employees seemed confused...clueless uninformed and I have to come back yet again.lat time I make a purchase here big o was and is much more professional. Makes me wonder what else is slipping in there services.
