Nice people, quite, clean. BUT, The only thing that is not only up to par is the hazardous condition of the residents mailbox. It is beyond for maintenance care. It is in desperate need of being replaced because it is in a dangerous hazard condition which can cause a lot of harm, to any of the residents, if or when it collapse. Neither Duna Vista nor the Post office claims responsibility of ownership. Both are denying it's their responsibility to replace it. There's no owner taking claim so it doesn't get the proper replacement. Neither Duna Vista nor the Post office have no concern for any of the residents well being. No concern of the risk that's is putting the residents of getting hurt or even worse .
