Called several times and it took weeks for them to get me a price, $3000., told them to do the job because price seemed pretty good and they never got back to me with a date even after calling them for a MONTH, finally just did it myself and saved $1500. So at the end of the day i am happy they never got back to me. I should have read these reviews b4 calling them because It seems they leave a lot of unhappy customers.

Craig a cape insulation tech was a very informed , hard worker. He spent time explaining our situation and guaranteed the job would be completed on schedule. He worked 10 to 3 solo and was very polite and cleaned up the job site. I highly recommend Cape Insulation, especially their technician Craig.

Poor installation. Didn't tape seams on plastic wrapped insulation, and didn't use enough brackets to hold the insulation in place in our crawl space. Only a few years old and the insulation is hanging down. Needless to say, Cape won't return my phone calls!
