The staff at check in was good, however, once we got into room; the frame of the door is falling off, the toilet is backed up an the rail in holding the closet door is not attached at on the floor making the mirrored doors a danger. We were able to get someone to replace the door frame so we could close and lock the front door. At Breakfast they were out of many things, yet the front desk clerk seemed put out to have to replace the syrup, coffee and plates. The lobby is a good indicator of
the lack of care and lack of maintaince, with a sticky floor, broken lamp and cardboard covered fire place. The beds are clean and the heater works.

Lovely experience traveling to spread ashes of loved ones. Loved the pillows in the king suit.
