Jim was the only repair guy I could get to come take a look at my Samsung oven, he figured out the issue, got the part and I was back up and running, and at a great price! I will definitely use him again! Service: Oven repair

This guy is legit.I called him and he quickly diagnosed the problem.He ordered the parts and had my fridge working in a few days.Price was fair, service was fast and would definitely use him again.

My LG combo washer / dryer pump died (again - 2nd time in 2 years). I used Jim the last time and he was responsive and fair priced, so I called him again and he didn't let me down. I called him on Monday morning and it was fixed by Thursday. I've had a couple other appliances break over the past year and the repairs took weeks, if not a month, to get scheduled. So getting this fixed in a few days was wonderful. The price was reasonable and he's just a good guy. Service: Washer/dryer repair

Our Samsung dryer stopped working, and found out that nobody works on Samsung in our area, well, after doing quite a bit a of checking around we connected with Jim, the owner of SPAR yesterday. Jim was able to fit us in late in the day, and was able to repair the dryer for us very quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Calling a company as a new customer, it is very unusual to get that kind of service. We were more than satisfied, and will call Jim for any future appliance problems that may arise.

Called Somers Point Appliance to fix a washer at my rental in the area.  He said he would be there next day or day after and to text him info including tenant's information.  Next day nothing so I called back.  Was told he got so many texts, to text information again.   I did and he said he would go next day.  He arrives with someone and start to fix washer.  My tenant starts texting me that the men are arguing about how to fix it..  and cursing.   I feel this is not appropriate.  Price was great, they fixed it, but customer service is horrible.  I was highly embarrassed to send a company to my renters ( who are wonderful people may I add) that were arguing, cursing and very unprofessional.   My tenant was very upset.   If they did not fix the washer my review would be a 1!
