I purchased a new ATV in 2011. The sale went well and I was told how great the service department was. I have used the service department a total of 3 times. They are virtually incompetent. If you make an appointment for an oil change and drop it off, do not expect them to honor the appointment. It will sit outside for at least a week before they get to it and maybe 2 weeks if you don't hound them. You can see them all outside smoking cigarettes all day though. You will regret buying from this place.

Called about a CV boot, they quoted me a price and that they had one in stock. I was very excited to have my ATV back on the trails. Left right away to pick it up. They charged me a different price even after I told them that they just quoted me 40min ago on the phone a different price.
I get home and the boot is to small, so I will have to return it for the correct part before I get back out on the trails. In other words more wasted time and fuel.
Complete incompetence, and poor customer service as well! I will do everything in my power to avoid this dealer in the future.
