A very disappointing experience. Our group consisted of 5 adults and 1 2-year old. We were seated at our table at 6:30. Food arrived at 8:14. Our server was nice enough but seemed embarrassed by the delay as other groups were seated, ate and left in the time we waited for our dinners. When the food finally arrived (4 steaks and 1 chicken oscar) the chicken was so overcooked it was tough, one steak was nearly raw (medium was the order) and another was so thin and grizzled only 1/2 was edible. The server and hostess both asked if we wanted to speak to the manager which we replied "yes." She never came. We noticed other tables were sending their food back, too. Unfortunately, the Manor Steakhouse isn't worth the money. Try some place else.

It started with our waiter, who spent entirely too much time hanging out in the kitchen rather than checking on his tables. In fact, the waitress at the next table checked on our table at least half the time we were there!
Next, there were 3 people working in the kitchen on a busy Saturday night and the orders were coming out very slowly. I'm talking about drinks came about 10 minutes or so after we were seated, appetizer came about half an hour later, salads half an hour after that, then the entrees came out an hour after the salads! The waiter failed to check on us or the status of our drinks during this entire time. Thankfully, the waitress at the next table did!
Now concerning the meal itself...the appetizer (spinach dip) and salads were delicious! As for the entrees, we were not impressed, to say the least. I had the twin crab cakes and grilled asparagus. I loved the asparagus, even though it was a little overdone. As for the crab cakes, I was expecting lump crab meat but it's not. That is my own fault for not asking. Lesson learned. My friends ordered Delmonico steaks, one medium and one medium-rare. Both came out well-done. Again, our waiter was MIA. The waitress at the next table asked us about our meal, so we explained about the steaks. She apologized profusely and asked if we wanted them redone. After finding out that it would probably take quite a bit of time to have them redone, we opted to not do so. She said she would have them removed from our bill, which was greatly appreciated. We also had received a round of drinks on the house due to our long wait time between the salad and entrees. Our waiter brought our bill but didn't even bother to come back to pick it up for payment! 😑
Honestly, I would call ahead to see how busy they are (don't go if they are busy). Also, if you are placed at a table with a waiter, request a different table. It may seem sexist to say that, but he really wasn't cut out to wait tables.

The outdoor seating is great and we were excited for a nice meal. The crab dip appetizer was fishy smelling. The wives ordered the snapper and it came out very tough and they had to exchange it. Then their scallops came out under cooked. Us gents ordered the scallops and they were good. We will not be going back. Last year we had very good experiences with the new ownership so I am not sure what happened.
