Never order products from their website. They take your payment when they say the item has ‘shipped’ and will not provide any assistance with shipping issues. Horrible customer service.

DO NOT order furniture from this company. I've had a defective loveseat sitting for weeks now in my living room because they are too inept to come pick it up. Phone reps were rude, and so was the delivery company SEKO as well. BAD experience!

Cost Plus was quick to accept my online order but when a problem occurred NO ONE is working. I've sent four emails with no response and been on hold with customer service three times. Each time I remained on hold for 46 through 52 minutes and the call was never picked up. I understand the problems during the pandemic but no response for over a week is ridiculous. And if customer service is closed then they should just say so but then they'd have to stop taking orders. We know that won't happen.
