Rude customer service, they were extremely rough with the car and not only that, I didnt see the sign where it said dont put on the brakes so instead of just tapping on my door and informing me - they proceeded to bang on the car and shout at me aggressively. Dont go here, Id give it zero stars if I could.

My experience was horrible. Apparently this mess of a place is still crappy. There's a better near 40th and Broadway or just do it yourself.

The car wash blocks the exits and gas pumps, making it hard to get gas and leave. A 5 minute stop became a 20 minute stop.

Just like the other poor reviews...many parts of my car had not even attempted to be cleaned; wheels/rims untouched, bugs on front bumper and headlights untouched, door trim areas untouched, carpet spot vacuumed so not de-dusted, windows not cleaned.  "The Works" is no different than the basic wash, might as well get the least expensive option if you go there.  I won't be going back.
