After voicing my concerns to Dr. Righellis and his office, we were able to work to review my account and resolve the payment issue. They were very responsive and acknowledged that my experience was not ideal, which was very appreciated.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Righellis and my treatment, but his staff has made my overall experience a bad one.
The first time I called Dr. Righellis's office after a referral from my dentist for an advanced adult orthodontic/orthognathic treatment plan, I was treated rudely and dismissed harshly enough that I waited another year before deciding to follow through with the treatment. After checking back in with my dentist and hearing about the great work of Dr. Righellis, I braced myself and called back to schedule a consultation, thus kicking off almost two years of treatment with Dr. Righellis.
The biggest surprise was when, more than a year after this 2-year treatment plan was concluded, I started to receive calls from the office about the $800 outstanding balance on my account. Apparently they botched the insurance calculations (asking myself: how do they have dedicated 'insurance coordinator' staff and still make these types of errors?) and it was now going to fall on me. A shock to me, seeing as I paid for my treatment up front, in full back in 2016. After asking for a ledger of my account and records of the charges incurred and what has been paid, a sloppily recorded and inaccurate ledger was shared with me that made me even more uncomfortable with the whole situation. I will pay the balance to get the office to stop calling me, but I would definitely not recommend Righellis & Associates to anyone. A pity, as Dr. Righellis was friendly and attentive throughout my treatment.

My kids (ages 10 & 12) have braces from Dr. Righellis and he's been great. So great, in fact that I now see Righellis for InvisAlign orthodontia myself (at age 54)! His whole team is amazingly professional, organized, and on time. With my kids or with me, none of us has had to wait for more than about 3 minutes in the waiting room. I've also had Dr. Ikeda when Righellis was out of the office, and she was similarly top-notch. Highly recommended!

I have been consistently impressed with Dr. Righellis and his excellent team for several years. They are always welcoming, helpful and very professional. I always leave feeling well cared for and look forward to my next visit. Additionally, as a woman needing orthodontics in her 60's, Dr. Righellis and his staff are respectful, kind and encouraging which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend them!
