Ordered 3 shakes, spent $20, and sat there for 45 minutes. when I went in and asked what was going on, they were very rude and told me it would be out when its ready.

Every time Ive visited this location within the last year theres always a problem. Yesterday evening I made a mobile order, first they forgot one of our drinks, while they were going back into the kitchen to grab it we noticed they didnt give us one of our burgers. I told the employee this and she said oh nobody told you were out of that?
1. No, nobody told us.
2. They were going to let us leave without even a replacement for a specialty burger I paid extra for?
Every chance Ive given this location Ive regretted and definitely will not return.

The workers on second shift are complete lazy teenagers who every time I come through the drive-through. They always have an attitude telling me its gonna be a 15 minute wait even on a cup of ice then today I go through the drive-through wait 15 minutes on my turn and they tell me that theyre sold out of ice someone please make this make sense but really we all know its all because theyre busy and they dont want to get the bag of ice boo hoo thats your job
