Every one here was great, and made me feel like there most important customer. Equipment looked brand new, and performed the job perfectly. Renting was easy, delivery and pick up were on time. Much better than other companies I have used.

I just started working for herc in oak park, Michigan. I have to say I have the best boss who treats employees as a teammate. Gerry aka ( boss man ) is kind, efficient, knowledgeable and is always happy and supportive with all aspects of my work. He is a true leader & Im blessed to have the opportunity to work with him.
Great company & great teammate.
Thank you all so much for helping me & teaching me so much in my first week, looking forward to many more days, weeks, months, years at herc rental company.

Horrible customer service. They just shoot you to voicemail and to voicemail and very rude especially Megan. I'll definitely avoid renting from this location.
