There is no other way to say it - Andy Garruto is a pro. I had a complicated matter which was reaching the statute of limitations. In other words, not only was it complicated; but the matter occurred a substantial amount of time prior to me calling his office (which only complicated things further).
I had called several attorneys about this matter and Andy was the only one willing to represent me. It took years for the matter to come to a resolution. Not only was the outcome excellent; and not only did Andy obtain a strong the settlement figure, but he also kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. I myself am an attorney and I was particularly appreciative of that specific facet.
Further, although I am an attorney, I practice in an entirely different area of law. As such, I had a lot of questions; both substantively and procedurally, which pertained to my issue. In that regard, Andy was always patient and always took the time to answer those questions. He always laid out the case strategy clearly. Overall, I would recommend Andy and his office to any family member or friend without reservation.
