Had Dan Wood out for a leak in the basement, twice in 2 weeks. Their fix was going to be to break up 32 feet of the floor and take down drywall, $11,800.00. He could not remove the stack base for the kitchen drain pipe to snake. To find out he DID NOT use the right size snake. Used the smallest one. Got second opinion before work was done. The plumber explained everything to me and showed me everything. He sawed off the stack base and snaked it. Found it was compacted with grease and sludge. Recorded the camera and sent it to us via e-mail. They saved us a ton of $$$$. We are still out $560.00 for them coming out twice.
If you have a major issue, get a second opinion.

We had a toilet replaced. Brian did an excellent job. He also went beyond by ripping out the carpet. I had a hip replacement and could not do it. I appreciate the extra effort.

Had a Corro-Protec Anode Rod installed for my Bradford White Water Heater. The service was excellent. Punctual, friendly, professional. Will use Dan Wood for any future plumbing needs.
