Very bad service and awful customer service, they managed to mess up every single step of the process, they reschedule my appointment once, they forgot to send senior pictures to school on time, they cant answer my questions because they cant find the information in the system, and now Its been more than 4 weeks since I placed the order, and its still in process, they emailed me saying that they cant find the poses that I picked for some of the pictures.
I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT All.

I have all fantastic things to say!! Barb at the front desk is so friendly and helpful and Spencer is meticulous in his shot set ups and very creative. Jacob did not really want senior pictures but Spencer is really making it fun for him. They were running a little behind when we got here and we were the last appointment but we did not feel rushed through at all. I can not wait to see the actual shots but here are a couple I snuck....
