This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had in renting a place. Stay away from this outdated buildings and no support from management on any issue you may have.

I lived here for a little over 3 years, I liked my townhome with exception for the older appliances.and AC
The staff was always friendly and club house is great with a large gym, stretching studio and swimming pool. I enjoyed staying there and was sad to leave, the leasing agents were always available, responsive and caring. They were very understanding and I would recommend this place for you. I would say if you are looking for luxury and safety this is the place.

HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!
If you accidentally delay payment, they ask you to pay by certified check. I made a certified check at the bank and put it in the drop box at the main office. Because they refuse both in-person and online payments.
However, they said the payment was not made and charged me other late fees and returned item fees.
I found evidence from the bank that it had already been scanned and there was evidence that it had a Singh Management signature on the back, but they said it wasn't their bank signature.
I asked for help finding the lost check, but they refused, said there was nothing they could do, even though it happened in their office, and charged me a late fee for 3 months while the bank investigated.
I am angry at their rudeness, shamelessly asking for more money even though they are at fault.

After living here for a year I can say that this place is no where near the $2000+ a month it costs.
The good - Our townhome is remodeled and we do enjoy the unit itself. Maintenance guys do good work.
The bad - The actual neighborhood is dirty. There is always construction going on that makes living here a hassle. People dont use their garages. They will block your driveway on the narrow streets. No parking signs are not enforced. The clientele here is not a good fit for a professional couple. Neighbors are loud and inconsiderate and nothing is done about disturbing someones rest. Quiet hours not enforced. Trash cans are left on the curb for days after trash pickup. Another lease rule not enforced along with dog feces left around the landscaping.
What Im saying is this is not a $2000+ a month living experience. Maybe for $1300 I could deal with the problems but these are luxury prices with a less than average living experience.
