I'm a new client of the Regus office in Novi. Set up auto pay, invoice received a month and a half before my lease actual starts no problem until I was hit for a late fee on my "autopay" account for non-payment (within 2 weeks). Basically they said they will charge me a late fee ever month "automatically" if I didn't go in a click the pay button for my first invoice which for some reason they can't accept through "autopay". With most companies that you start a new relationship with would have found a middle with resolution on the issue however their position was that sucks but you still have to "manually click the pay button on the first invoice or we will continue to "autopay" late fees on the account. Looking forward to working with this not so great staff. This was never resolved. Can't wait until my lease is up.
