I was suffering from headaches and vertigo; my hands and fingers tingled and my entire body was achy and stiff. In just a little over a month of treatment with her Soft Touch Technique, Dr. Duncan has alleviated many of my aches & pains; the tingling in my hands is gone, and I am noticing it is easier for me to keep a good posture. I’m sleeping more restfully and enjoying a better quality of life.

I have seen Dr. Duncan several times over the last few years. Her approach is gentle, non-invasive, and intentional about getting you feeling better and on your way again. I appreciate her professional help and her kind spirit. Her office staff is great at making sure your appointments fit your schedule. Kudos to this great chiropractic practice!

I have chronic tightness in my neck and shoulders. I get headaches all the time. After being treated by Dr. Duncan for the past 4 months, my pain is minimal and I have less days of extreme tightness. I feel so much better and look forward to more days of no pain!

Kathy is amazing she doesn't only listen carefully to my concerns but she has fixed the pain I kept having on my neck. She also works proactively preventing body inflammation and keeping me adjusted. I was able to do a half marathon last year as a result!!!
