image These guys were great to work with. They walked us through the steps of how to work with our insurance claim and helped us to navigate the entire process. In addition they had great communication skills and extremely responsive. I want to especially call out Tyler Stuart and Kevin Gueits for the hands on approach to getting all the mitigation down smoothly and efficiently. They also kept my wife and I informed throughout their process and made sure we were satisfied at every stage. Great customer centric attitude. We were comfortable with their character and trusted them enough to have given them access to our home even when we were not there. Equally their manger Jon Paul was engaged and available at every step of the process handling all the paperwork and insurance mandates. I highly recommend Servpro and will continue to use their services.

image Water leaked into my condo from the unit above me. Servpro came in and assessed the mess the original repair company had left behind. They explained in detail every step that they would take to make sure my home was cleaned up and repaired properly. Their concern was having a safe healthy environment for me to return home to.
Kevin, Tyler and their crew were very courteous and respectful. The entire experience I had with Servpro was much better than expected.

image Can you provide 0 stars? We had a house fire, a very stressful situation for any family. Serv-Pro promised immediate remediation of water and smoke damage. They never brought in fans or provided any other tools to dry out the 1000's of gallons of water used to extinguish the fire. The work crews were inconsistent or did not show up at all. I was told it was due to post-Covid employment, hunting season, and Thanksgiving. In the end, mold grew and we had an entire new problem on our hands due to the negligence and incompetence of this company. The employees did their best, but upper management was horrible to us. Unkind, did not listen, and even tried to blame us for not installing fans, etc. to mitigate the water/smoke damage. We ended up terminated the contract after three months and a major mold problem. 3 months after terminating the contract, the general manager requested a walk-through of our home with the general manager and insurance representative saying he had no records of what was done, no labor logs, nothing, and he had to create an invoice to present to us. In the end, he created 2 or 3 invoices, all different, to the insurance company, us, and the GM including work that was never provided (for example removing carpet from our living room when we didn't have carpet). Run, do not walk, away from this company. Finally, after working with us on our claim, our insurance company refuses to recommend ServPro for any contracts...something they have not done in the past. Even the credit union that we work with said their experience with this company is terrible.
