Had to wait a hour to see a doctor.
Nobody help me. The were only 2 worker and the were two busy talking and goofing off. After I picked out my glass. A lady rudely took them from me. I had to call vision work to see if my glass were ready because they didn't call me. I may need to get my glasses somewhere else next time.

This was our first time at visionworks. We were greeted when we arrived. Everyone was very nice. We were seen in a timely manner. Everything was explained through each step. The eye doctor was great. She went over everything about my exam.
Then on to get out glasses. What fun we had. Not once did we feel pressured into upgrading anything. We did choose to get the best though. After all, they are our eyes.

My visit on March 29,2024 at Vision Works at White Marsh on The Avenue.
Excellent Customer Service from all representatives from this location.
