Found this place through referral. Been going strong ever since. They offer traditional Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing Fitness Classes and Battle Rope classes.The Kickboxing class is a nice combination ( No pun Intended ) of skill development & building your endurance. The last 20 minutes is battle ropes. If you never tried the ropes, you'd be amazed at full body workout you will get. Best of all, it's low impact and doesn't beat on your joints like lifting heavy in the gym. It's a great adjunct to your other training or in and of itself ( 3x a week) can catapult you to true fitness, weight loss and improved self-confidence.
