Leonardo was a great GM and helped me right through the check in process. I would recommend staying at this property!

Our business office is nearby so every time I come to town I typically find a Hilton property to stay at. This last week I had a job to do in town so I booked two nights at this hotel.
First night was below average at best, stains on the bedsheets, noisy air conditioner and mold in the bathroom/shower, but I only had to stay one more night so I dealt with the sub-par conditions.
I got fortunate that my job finished early and I was able to fly home a day early. I called the hotel before check out time and politely told them that I had finished my job early and I would like to check out a day early.
The person on the phone was rude and said they would need to look into it. After a long hold he came back and said "sorry you booked for two nights, so I can check you out but I won't be refunding you for the second night".
I travel all over the country for work and frequently check out early, never once have had an issue. I tried to explain that and he said there was nothing he could do. I told him I understood he couldn't help me and asked if I could speak to a manager who might be able to assist.
He told me, word for word, "my name is Leonardo, I am the general manager and I am not going to help you". That was the end of the conversation.
I tried calling Hilton's customer service number and was told all locations are franchises so the final decision is up to the very rude GM. They said they would file a case and the location would have 48 business hours to respond (it has verb over a week, and shocker, no response).
I'm a Hilton gold member and literally have felt more welcome at a Red Roof Inn than at this location. I don't know if I caught Leonardo on a bad day or if he's always rude to his customers, even if you have an elected status (I'm a gold member) with Hilton, he clearly does not care.
Without a doubt I would not stay here and highly suggest you find another property to stay at, because if you have any issues here, Leonardo will make sure to wisk you away and refuse to help
