I called inquiring about a truck just now because Im booking online and need to adjust the date. The guy who answered the phone hollered that they dont have anything available and hung up in my face and now keeps declining the call. Its giving very much a ghetto office. Very unprofessional.

Santos gave away my reserved truck because I was late picking it up. I reserved for two days and because I was a few hours late picking it up thru gave it to someone else. Dont go here if you want a business thats reliable. Thanks Santos

Be ware! Called today for a reservation, the guy was so rude, no patience for clients. He litterly give me triple the price then what I saw online, and at the end when I asked why it's so high he said that's about it , when I say ok thank u, he simple hang up on me.
