DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. I can not say it enough...
we had five star install 3 gates and a large perimeter fence in late april of 2017. cut to early 2019 and the fence is warped and NOT ONE of the gates closes! I called and spoke with the president of the company, Yusheng Shew, and he said "sorry, I don't know what to tell you. you are out of the 1 year warrantee." I said that was fine, I was willing to pay for the repairs, but they needed to be fixed. He said "no, they are too busy with new jobs. this is how it goes. we will not come out just for a fix." (and just so you know, these are beyond handyman fixes, we've had our guy come out. and it's not just one gate. NONE OF THE GATES WORK.)
so, I guess if you're willing to pay through the nose to have gates that only work for a year, these are your guys. but I implore you to go somewhere else.
*I also said that I would be writing a bad review and he said "IN THIS COUNTRY THERE IS SO MUCH FAKE NEWS DO YOU REALLY THINK ANYONE WILL BELIEVE YOU?" I honestly don't even know what to do with that, but I thought it would be a nice note to end this review on.
