Ordered a pizza over the phone. Easy enough, went to pick it up, I forgot my phone in the car so i went back to get it and then pay. In the mean time some angry girl decided to help people whos pizza had just become ready, she decided to ask them a bunch of questions and ask them if the wanted a bag, and took her sweet time with them & then she said with attitude Nowwwww I can help YOUUUU it was so condescending and unnecessary, and guess what? I got home & pizza was not even fully cooked. It was doughy and gross. Straight to the trash! Not eating uncooked pizza! I want my $10 back

The Pizza Hut on Reseda/Devonshire is GREAT, I like the people works there. HOWEVER, Pizza Hut as a BRAND is NOT GOOD.
Pizza Hut is VERY EXPENSIVE because they do SERVICE Charges LOL... It's their JOB to make pizza, it's funny you pay for the pizza they make and EXTRA price because THEY ARE MAKING the Pizza.

THERE WAS A SHARD OF GLASS IN MY PIZZA. It was bigger than a quarter and when I chewed on it I though it was my tooth. I spit it out and tried calling the restaurant. I called them once and they havent picked up after that.
